I have been using TurboTax since 2010. For someone who does their own taxes, it is a great software. It allows you to transfer information from the previous year which really cuts down on preparation time. It also checks for updates and changes. As someone who used to do all this by hand, I love it.

Turbo Tax came through!

I was on hold for 1 hour & 8 minutes but I guess that is to be expected on Tax Day. Had the option of having the representative call me back and she did. Spoke to someone who was super friendly, professional and helpful. I wish I had her name.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
