This year I had to create a stupid Intuit account just to use the software that I purchased in store.

Efile is being rejected and there is not a way to fix that is obvious. I even entered my IP PIN.

Pretty easy to use. Some items should have more clear explanation: education expense : yes / no qualified.
Give more examples about how to prove computer, tablet bought for online class . They are not required explicitly from instructor/school, but it is a must by default

Multiple years in a row. this is what blocks a return BUT we pay for your services and you never transfer anything from years prior anymore. Definitely switching next year
