It was very easy to use, one day I would like to see that yo\u just scan all your forms into the prom and AI takes care of placing all the data where it belongs.

Quick and easy! Good to go through all the steps to be sure you don't miss anything. I just wish we didn't have to pay $40 processing fee on top of paying for the software program. Maybe, $15 or $20 processing would be plenty!

TurboTax is very user friendly! I've used it for years and I seldom get confused. I'm not sure how I feel about not having a 2024 CD but it doesn't seem to adversely affect the access to the program.

Domestic Partner filing needs improvement

The software should be able to adjust to file the Federal return and then state return via e-file appropriately through one go, rather than requiring the filer to go back to the beginning and express the type of return it is. I have the same problem EVERY year, and something strange always happens to the numbers that I can never resolve. Luckily I've never been audited and had to explain anything, but if it were to ever happen nothing would make sense.
