Turbo tax is not as easy as in the past

Application isn't as intuitive and clear as it has been in the past. Ran into little annoyances such as unable to download a W2 after I initiated process, left form to get correct SSN, then returned to the form, requieing me to enter W2 manually. Other annoyances determining where I left when I leave the process to back fill previously skipped information. In the past, this flowed well, but now feels a little wonky

I've been using TurboTax for years and have had nothing but success. I have never used live help or audit support. Everything has been correct.

What a nosebleed. The free Turbotax was so much smarter, but Intuit tricked us into wasting a lot of time! Turbotax Deluxe can't read the output from the free file?? What the heck???? Why not??

Love the Import PDF Feature

Like the ability to directly import PDFs of W-2s. Would also like for 1099s and K-1s (maybe they're already there and I missed them?) Pretty soon I will not have to do anything but scan and import PDFs...how sweet that would be!
