They always find ways to charge you extra!

I brought both the federal and state pack and then after almost being done they charged me extra for filing for state

Getting worse over the years

I don't like the new formats, especially for investment income. We are forced to decalre short or long for stock sale when the stock is both using "various." Come, folks, you can do better.

I won't be using TurboTax in the future

I completed my taxes to 95% in February. 2 months later I opened Turbo Tax and got a prompt to download updates. After updates it ask me to start a new tax form. Yes all my previous work was gone and I had to start over. I searched my entire PC and my network back up drive for *.tax2024 and it did not exist. Needless to say I will not be using TurboTax in the future.

My 21st Year of Use!

Great experience with customer support before using the software. Since disks are no longer sent, I seemed to have no communications about how to download it and a license code. Software is excellent, as usual, even though it changes a bit from year to year. Excellent to have the returns checked for accuracy.

I think I will switch to tax act going forward

paying more for it and you is getting less and less. The package that I purchased came with 5 free E-FILES, but when I tried to file my 2024 return it wouldn't let me and told me that I would have to mail my return in.
