I think I said I wouldn't use this service again last year, but old habits. It does not import information from last year so I have to re-enter everything. Just a pain.

Needs more help with college expenses

The software was difficult to load this year. It took 5 attempts before the exe download file was on my computer. Also, the software moved slow. TurboTax needs to have more information on where to enter 529 eligible expenses which were not on the 1098-T.

MISLED AND DISAPPOINTED

i specifically purchased to file my 2021 taxes so I could complete same day but website did NOT tell me until I after I paid and was finished preparing my taxes that I could NOT E-file. I spent $80 for nothing because I missed the deadline. The website should state very prominently that it can not e-file past years only paper filings.

Is the money going to be deducted from my account?

I filed electronically, provided banking information, but funds are still in my account. Should I make arrangements to pay or will funds be deducted by 12 am. I don't want to double pay.
