really miss the CD version not as mant problems

i had a terrible time getting online version to download and install. i spent 30 minutes on call to specialist.I also had a problem with entering my billing info and had to call specialist again to pay by phone and didnt get my $5 discount for E-filing my state.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
