This year the software did not walk me thur all the steps. Please get better. Like it adding AI in future releases.

I did not use turbo Tax experts because my Taxes are not that complicated because: I am retired, and I do not have a business or any income investments.

Wasn't able to e-file my tax return

1098-T form was complicated, didn't allow me to bypass the double check status. Had to file the tax return manually via mail

Turbo Tax is Stress Free

I have always used Turbo Tax and never had any problems. Very easy to use. I like that I can switch between step by step or forms.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Errors Not Fixable for eFiling and I already paid

It keeps saying rejected because of PIN but I also included my AGI and verified this information with the IRS.

Problem with payment screen

Turbo Tax was easy to follow and use. The only exception is when I went to pay additional amount for e-filing my state return. The screen that pops up to gather my info is too large for my screen and could not be adjusted. I could not scroll to the bottom to find and then click on the "Continue" button. Frustrating! Eventually, I determined that hiding my task bar would reveal the Continue button. Please fix this flaw.
