TurboTax can't import Merrill Edge tax records

TurboTax was unable to import my Merrill Edge financial records. It seems TurboTax tried to use my Merrill Edge access info to log into Merrill Lynch. The two are separate systems and have different logins. I got an error message that there was an internal server error and to try again later. After many unsuccessful tries, I entered the info manually.

Great program with one continuous defect every year.
I cannot get my state, Massachusetts, to recognize my Roth IRA distributions as a no tax income.

Lot of hidden Fees. Archaic software. Feels like i am in 2005. no point of buying desktop version. Never taking it again.
