Product is not as robust as it should be for price

I've been using TurboTax for years and this year has been one of the most frustrating. I can't find things - when I go to help, the bot gives me garbage even though I ask specifics. Not impressed at all.

The warning to 'print with Acrobat Reader'... this item in the workflow makes literally zero sense. I can't print using TurboTax? Also, the WA state download is broken (and fortunately, probably irrelevant in most cases).

Routing information transfer issues.

routing information should auto populate from federal to state refunds. I only e filed the federal. when I printed the state paperwork I noticed the routing information was not printed on the lines.

Had a bug in how North Carolina extended K-1 for LLCs reports state tax pre-paid by LLC.
This made tings much messier

Not what it used to be.

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. This year there were so many issues with the software retaining and updating information as it was input. What has previously been a relatively easy process was made more difficult and time consuming. Would have been a lower rating if not for the many years of not having issues. I hope Turbo Tax fixes these glitches.
