This is the first time that I prepared my own taxes. I was surprised at how easy it was to do using Turbo Tax. I will definitely use this product in the future.

I have used TurboTax since it was ChipSoft. Yes, I'm that old. It is much better than the others I have tried when I get tired of the nickel and dime fees that appear after I'm told e-file will be free. I wouldn't characterize it as the best of the worst. It is always much better than the others. Though, there are always aspects that are very frustrating, or, maybe it is my government that is frustrating.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
