Your product did not provide an easy way to add medicare premiums for someone who does not get social security and has to pay for Medicare themselves. Your online info for that was completely worthless. I had to read through the raw forms to figure out the correct way to enter it. Advice for short term payment payment plan when not able to pay full tax bill was also confusing and no help. The only way you offered was the long term installment plan. I am unlikely to purchase your product next year.

LOVE Turbo Tax Deluxe~!!

I left you for one year thinking Turbo Tax Deluxe was too much for us, but I LOVE IT !! And am sorry I skipped that one year. Back on auto delivery. I think I've been using you for over 15 years???

Due to several personal issues, I did not open Turbo Tax untion noon Apr 15. I was confidant that I had maintained a good record of deductions and expenses based on several years of using Turbo Tax. In about 4 hours I completed and submitted my return and met deadlines thanks to your well written program.

Two years in a row I found errors in my returns. I had hoped that the bugs were worked out, but that is the last time I will use your product. Deeply disappointed.
