Frustrations!

Several things frustrated me:
1) All the attempts to make me upgrade got on my nerves and left a a negative impression of Turbo Tax.
2) Turbo Tax kept sending me in circles!!!! I would click on REVIEW and it would take me back to the beginning of that segment but it did not allow me to make any changes. I FINALLY figured out what I was attempting to do was not an option. Why doesn't the software just tell me that????
3) Wanted to view my state's Form 1 but could not find it. Called and spoke to a person but she didn't know and never heard of a Form 1 so she told me it was no longer an option. Like what????????
4) With all this "monkeying around" it took me twice as long to do my taxes than what TurboTax estimated.

Too many fees

It is nice to have up to the minute analysis of what is owed or refund amount. It is very inconvenient to find extra charges for filing at the end of the process... and then have to leave the program to enter the information.
