Turbo is Taxing to Use

Turbo tax has been valuable resource though it will send a user on an endless redo path for a solution that could be fixed by an online Turbo Tax monitor -

E-file oddity and too tiny informational text.

E-File oddity! The interface for paying for the state e-file did not include the current year for credit card expiration. I attempted to use a card that expires in 08 2025, but the interface presented 2026 as the earliest year available. I had to dig out a different credit card with a later expiration year. For that card, the earliest UI year was 2026, but my second card was acceptable for several more years.
On to one of my usability issues. The informational text that appears when the user clicks "Learn more" is extremely tine on very high resolution displays, making the text nearly unreadable without a magnifier. The main TTax interface offers increased scaling, but why not the informational text.
