Filing Can Be Complicated with Just The Program!

While nothing about the program has seemingly changed since last year, when I last used this program, submitting my taxes this year was unnecessarily complicated. I'm reviewing this on the second day I tried to submit them, and it still took me 3 uninstalls, constant programs freezing's, and finding the appropriate file for my state taxes that not only the program refused to acknowledge wasn't actually there (saying I need an update for my state but that the program was up to date), but also reading on one official TurboTax link that you cannot download separate state tax forms, just to find what I was looking for on another part of the official TurboTax website! It's still a simple and easy to use program, and they have helpful hints, but the issues I had this time around was just too much to not leave a bad review.

This happens to be the worst experience I have had with Turbo Tax. It would not link up to Intuit, and was extremely glitchy.
