Saves me Time/Money

I find Turbo Tax to be a great system that walks me through the tax return process easily. I actually receive more back through using Turbo Tax than I would if filing on my own.

So so product - been using for years. Print is too small and can't enlarge. Even though info is the same from year to year it doesn't default to last years input. Stop selling me stuff I don't want or need.

Invaluable for Senior Citizens

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Even though most years I end up with the Standard Deduction, I like to go through the whole process. Tax laws have become much more complex over my lifetime and I rely on Turbo Tax because "I don't know what I don't know."
They walk me through everything. I can dig deeper if I'm unsure. And it's incredibly easy for those of us who did not use or own computers until we were in our 30s.

It's so user friendly. I can complete my taxes in a few hours. I remember doing it by hand. It used to take several hours

A little confusing in some areas, but it works out... Still wondering why I pay so much year after year only to have Turbo Tax tell me that the standard deduction is the way to go. There must be a cheaper ay or version.
