BAD!!!!!! AFTER I INSTALLED AND RUN IT ONE TIME, THE REQUIRED UPDATED POP UP, COULDNT DO ANYTHING AND THE UPDATED WAS REQUIRED, TRYING TO BE UPDATED AND IT DID NOT WORK!!!! ERROR 1601!!!!!!! TRYED SEVERAL TIMES AND RESTARTING THE COMPUTER! HAD TO ASK PEOPLE ONLINE, THE ONLY WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WAS TO DOWNLOAD A MANUAL UPDATED!!!!! WHY!!!!!!!! I BELIEVE WE NEED AN APOLOGY ON PUBLIC, IF NOT WE CAN LOOK FOR DIFFERENT SOFTWARE. NOT TO MENTION THE TIME THAT IT TOOK ME TO FIGURE THIS OUT, BECAUSE THE TURBO TAX PROGRAM DID NOT FIND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM, OR MAYBE SOME MONEY BACK

it is very difficult to access the source or list of sources for values reported om the return. i would like to learn an explanation for some of the values, for example Schedule D, Line 13! "see instructions"

Always used Turbo Tax but this years it was not user friendly. I went to another tax software and had a major taxable difference of $36,000 . Still trying to determine the difference but it is a problem with Turbotax as I had the return done professionally

Account needed? Really? Why!?!?!

Strongly dislike the need for an account in order to use the product now. After using TT for decades, I think it's finally time to look at other products which can actually respect privacy.

I've been using MacinTax and Turbo Tax for over 25 years. Our life has gotten much simpler this past year, as we have sold our house, and only take the standard deduction. Our biggest problem is that Social Security doesn't do withholding, but we contribute to an "escrow" account every month, and that usually covers what we owe because of that. We can't recommend Turbo Tax highly enough.
