software looped and frozen during state prep

Frustrating. The program looped near the end and wouldn't allow me to proceed. Had to close restart, etc.
Then, froze mid-state preparation. I could only continue by doing review.
Need to bug test the program better.

Good product, a bit of bait and switch at the end

Overall, the process was good - especially in a year where I switched jobs and states. I appreciate that the software did a good job of keeping the two incomes separate and asked leading questions to help me pro-rate interest and dividend income. What I did not like was that I was surprised at the end with an extra $50 in fees to transmit the filings after I paid for the two states - one with a credit when I purchased the software, and the other out of pocket.
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

Only Issue -Not Able to Use Desktop to Amend Tax

Experience was good as to guiding me thru the process.
I had to file an amended tax form 1040X based on receiving a K-1 .
I could not use Turbo Tax desktop to do this. So I had to manually enter the information which took too long.

Fix Integration Problems w/ItsDeductible

Love TurboTax, but hate your poor integration with ItsDeductible. I verified that my data was in ItsDeductible several time, verified my user data and passwords, yet TT was able to download the data. I logged out of both apps, went back into TT, and it would still not download my data! Result: A full day wasted re-entering all of my deductions again! The integration with ItsDeductible needs to be tested better and issues fixed.
