Turbo Tax is great!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now. I have always found it easy to use, even though I have prior tax filing experience. Never had any problems, even when I had rental property.

Access Difficult to Impossible!

This is the first year that I have had a problem with your software and filing my taxes, and I have been using your service for 10+ years. My issue is mainly concerning the final filing, Audit Defense enrollment and payments to file. My concerns also stem from the issue I have had accessing my account. I am having to reset my password with every login to my Intuit account! I document my password each time I am made to reset it and when I go to login the next time I get "Not the correct password" notifications, forcing me to change it, and this time I was locked out multiple times. Having only your FAQ help to fall back on, which is not any help at all.

Didn't transfer some information to state form

I have used Turbo Tax for years, but this year it seemed like so many boxes were not automatically filled in on state form and I had to do it manually. Not sure I will purchase again next year.

TURBO TAX Eliminates Chaos

As soon as I was given access to the TURBO TAX Application, I begin loading my information and by Tax Day it was simple and easy and CALMING to submit my Taxes. The as-you-go checks are excellent guardrails to keep me aligned with what is allowed. Just a great remover of confusion about what is or is not allowed for any and all given areas.
