I purchased TurboTax Deluxe Fed + State. The software kept crashing and auto save seldomly worked. I had to re-enter a lot of tax info many times. It felt like I did my taxes 3 times.

I needed and filed an extention because i lost my social security 1099 (SSA 1099) Filing an extension is not not very instructive.

There are several areas where the flow/path isn't very helpful. For example the IRA's question didn't ask if your tax year contributions are retirement funds through workplace 401K's which dramatically changes your results.

Why was there a $40 processing fee added on at the end? There was no previous warning that it would be added on. What a crock! I will look for a different tax program next year.
