Have used TurboTax every year since 2013. I rely on it year after year to provide quality output, an easy-to-understand interface, and technical support when I need it.

Worked OK but no cd's and different Email addresses make it a real pain in the butt if doing multiple returns for family. Not sure I will use it again for this reason.

Turbo Tax Data Entry Fine, but not State eFile!

I need to pay $20 eFile my Georgia. Where do I enter my payment information? As of now, I expect I'll be mailing my State return. Thankfully, I separated it from my Federal eFiling, because this was preventing me from that one going through. When I separated the filings, thankfully the screen indicated that it went through. There is a l glitch somewhere in the program. I kept getting the same message, even without the State attached until I finally tried unselecting the Turbo Tax "Free" offer for some sort of protection that I did not choose.

2.5 dont love all the changes but dont hate them either. really hated how it asked me EVERY TIME to pull over info from a broker... dont have one and that was extra clicking ALOT
