On April 14 2025 I had an issue with entering my brokers date (not provided to the IRS) unto F8949. Within an hour I had an answer from the TT team which enabled me to complete my return.

TurboTax alerted me to some errors they found on my return. After reviewing and fixing them the software still kept alerting me to what it called an error with the information from my 1095-A form. After verifying that what I entered was, in fact, exactly what was on my form it still wouldn't let me proceed with filing my taxes. Because of this bug in their system, I was not able to file my taxes electronically and will have to wait longer for my refund. Some of the forms this year were also hard to understand and Turbotax did not give really good explanations, probably because they wanted people to put their $60 fee for live help. I ended up having to look all of the answers up on the IRS website. Turbotax was much for helpful and easier to use in the past.

WHY DO I GET CHARGED A FILING FEE WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A PRODUCT THAT SUPPPSEDLY INCLUDED DEFERAL AND STATE FOR FREE??? AND LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT YOUR ONLINE PRODUCT , ITS RIDICULOUS AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.
