For the most part I like your product. I have been using it for decades. But your claim to get you the highest refund is not very accurate. There are at least two areas the are very poor for my family.
1) if someone if itemizing why don't you automatically take them to a calculate a sales tax deduction?
2) if you have a tax penalty due why not encourage/inform us about form 2210/AI? I had to research and learn about this outside of TT. It eliminated my penalty. NOT good.

Fast, Easy and Stressfree

I’ve been using TurboTax for several years now, and it never disappoints. The platform is incredibly user-friendly—even if you’re not a numbers person, it walks you through everything step by step with clear explanations. I really appreciate how it checks for any deductions or credits I might have missed and helps me get the best refund possible.
The live support option is a lifesaver too—super helpful and knowledgeable agents who make tax time way less stressful. I also love that it saves all my info year to year, so filing again is even faster.

Turbo Tax Is Easy

Filing was fairly straight forward no issues. I've used TurboTax products most of my adult life and never had issues. To gain a five star rating, you'd think I would not have to re-enter drivers license or state ID information each year, just show me previous years to review and make any changes if needed. Additionally Audit defense should be included as a service if you've purchased the software outright. All these added fees and features (state filing, audit defense, tax adviser, etc) just not necessary.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved

I have used Turbo Tax for over 30 years. I do have a concern regarding this year 2024 filing. My returns were rejected when I e-filed. I was missing my IP Pin number. Why didn't Turbo Tax show me an alert that this was missing before I filed ?
