Enhancements needed

Turbo Tax doesn't seem to have a mechanism to print your taxes before you are ready to submit. Also, it does not prompt the completion of Form 1095-A before filing. This kicked out our return last year.

I was very comfortable using this software; it was smooth and easy to file my tax returns. Thorough, detailed and comprehensive.

-5 stars. Absolutely a horrible experience. From misrepresentation of the pricing to the Windows download page that just happens not to work, funny how Android and IOS can download the installed for windows but on a windows PC the page is unavailable. Probably forcing a lot of people who bought the PC version for $60 to be forced to use the online version @ $130 costing a total of $190.. Hopefully this will get some looks by the state AG.

Too many undeclared fees

Too many undeclared fees. Stated for e-filing 20% discount on state filing. I had to file 2 states so it charged me $47.00 each plus $40 processing fee. Seems redundant to me. By the time I was finished I had $160 charge on my credit card which I thought was going to be a $40 fee. (free federal and $20 for each state!
