Efile payment by credit card i not seamless

eFiling using credit card as payment method is confusing. no instructions other than a link to the state site to make the payment then select mail a check in turbo tax.

Problem with TurboTax

The program would not e-file b/c there was one issue, but it did not explain what the issue was. I called TurboTax hotline and the first person I spoke with, Ellen, was supposed to call me back b/c we had a bad connection. She did not call me back. I then called and spoke with Victoria who was very helpful. I finally figured it out myself - Turbo Tax has listed the wrong amount of my refund on the form, when I changed it, i was able to e-file. I do not like the new format for entering income, to many screens to open before you can enter your information.

For people with Federal ID Pins it would new helpful if there was a reminder on where to enter this prior to filing.
