Easy to use. Would be 5 Star if no state fees

Love how easy it is to transfer data from one year to the next. I hate the state filing fees. I file 4 different state returns. I refuse to spend an extra $20 per return to electronically file. Turbo tax shouldn't be charging a fee for this, especially in the states that particpate in free electronic filing programs. I will continue to print and mail those.

I love you but stop pointing fingers

Long time TT user. Every year it's a russian roulette whether the 1099 import will work. This year it didn't. Error trying to import from Wells Fargo. Thousands of transactions entered manually. Hundred plus pages printed unnecessarily. Wells Fargo says it's TT, TT says it's WF. Please get together and solve it. In this day and age we need to have reliable collaboration.

Will not let states with NO state income tax file

Spend many extra hours TurboTax will NOT let me file my Federal Income Tax return because I did not finish my State Income Tax. I live in a state where there is NOT state income tax. Very frustrating going around in circles. Previous TurboTax did not have this problem.
