Crashed a lot. You changed the policy about five computers, which irritates me no end. Wish I didn't need to use your service, but you've lobbied congress to keep your revenue stream going.

TurboTax had more glitches for 2024

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year the software brought in an earlier version of last year's return instead of the final filed version, and I couldn't find a way to change this (no way to tell it which file to use). Also a couple of the questions were confusing but help and googling clarified these. Most irritating was the program did NOT retain the initial work I had done importing 1099 forms and I had to re-import these.

The layout, presentation and interview process improves every year and the ease of toggling between the step-by-step process and the forms is excellent! Helpful tips and learning links are extremely helpful.
