Great product. Bring back the CD version

I love the product and have been using it for years. I don't like the download only option. Also, I tried to do the download on my mac computer and I keep getting an error messages. I really needed to be able to use it on my mac computer. disappointing

Online is much better than Desktop

I started my return online, like I'd done in previous years. This year I opted for the Turbo Tax Deluxe Desktop - Federal version because it was slightly less expensive. There is a feature in the desktop version that allows the user to "continue from TurboTax Online." In my case, unfortunately, the desktop version would not import the everything I'd entered online because I didn't have the Washington State add-on, which is an additional $40. On the same screen it says that Washington State and several other states do not have an income tax. I never could figure out why it wanted me to pay an extra $40, so I just started over completely in the desktop version. Next year I'll go back to using the online version.
