I'VE COMPLETED MY TAX RETURNS USING TURBOTAX FOR MANY YEARS. I LOVE BEING ABLE TO DO THEM MYSELF TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTAND WHAT IS EXPECTED. I FOUND THE TOOL TO BE EASY TO FOLLOW. I HAVE NOTICED IN RECENT YEARS THAT I'M HAVING TO COMPLETE MORE FORMS, ESPECIALLY THIS YEAR AND I AM NOW GETTING TO THE POINT OF TURNING THIS TASK OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE AND PAY THEM TO COMPLETE MY TAXES.

Turbo tax is average; where is the AI function?

Most things are pretty straightforward, but when it comes to foreign taxes and Schedule K-1s, the software is not very intuitive. Additionally, when I run smart check, I often get into endless loops that take time to figure out what is missing.

State Return Would Not Download
