I have used TurboTax since what seems like forever. They have gotten me through the hair-pulling moment when I couldn't figure out how to enter a specific situation my investment advisor presented me with that required not just your expert advisors, but consultation with 2 accountants! If that had happened now, it would be a common situation. What I learned in that situation is that you have your customer's backs no matter what. Thank you.

Turbo Tax stinks

First of all, the new program is a pin to work with. Secondly, I file returns using the program to file my family's returns, mine, my sons, daughter's and my children's in-laws; a total of 8 returns, and it only allows me to e-file 5. I bought another program and turbo tax refuses to load it since I have one installed all ready. The solution according to Intuit is to spend a lot of money to get pro in order to file an additional 3 taxes. I can use other programs and e-file more.
