TurboTax stole $20 from me

Turbo Tax charged me $20 to e-file my California state return, but only after taking my money, the program says it cannot e-file my return and I must mail it. Where is my $20 back? Shouldn't the program check to see if I am eligible to e-file BEFORE charging me to e-file?

Regular State and Federal tax return software is great. I had a little confusion on the amended return software. TurboTax advice call back was helpful.

Great, but dependent college student info lacking.

Most of TurboTax is great. However, the descriptions, questions, and logic sequence regarding college student dependents, 529 funds, and other scholarships is severely lacking. This is an issue that will affect more and more people. A sequence of questions regarding numerous scenarios should be included, rather than just providing general, high-level descriptions in pop-up help boxes.
