I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and continue to us it. It has been very reliable for me and my family. Never have I been audited or experienced any tax delays and will continue to use it for years to come if still available.

Great, but.....why the network problems?

I do not understand why every year I get an error message registering TurboTax and accessing the TurboTax update site. I use WiFi with a standard internet carrier and every year it is the same struggle. It is getting more frustrating each time. There is no decent help online to explain this. Please fix it.
