Filing is easy as usual. Have all your paperwork ready and everything else is a step by step process. I have been using TurboTax for almost 20 years now.

There are much cheaper alternatives

Simple to use but forcing users to upgrade without getting the added benefits is predatory and wrong. In my opinion, if users are not going to benefit from deluxe or other premium versions then they should not be charged.

Refund Processing Fee Surprise

For some reason it twice as long than it has been since we have been using Turbo Tax. Also, I was surprised about the $40 refund processing fee. Not sure what i will do next year.
