Horrible update, misleading packaging

Very disappointed with this update. It did not download all of my information so when I downloaded it again, thinking it was a connection issue, it doubled the entries it did download and did not download the missing ones. It was irritating to delete and scroll up to the delete button as well as time consuming. I ended manually entering most everything. That new page with each form in a separate box is cumbersome. I thought when I purchased this addition, it included state efile. Very deceptive to charge $25 more, you need to make that more clear on the packaging.

Turbo tax errors

Health coverage form 1095A not received.
I received a form 1095B that was not in Turbo Tax.
I received a form 1095B that was not in Turbo Tax.
I also had trouble wirh schedule E. I did not rent out my house or any property. Could not e file.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby

Turbo Tax has hidden fees

Questions were good and so were the explanations given. I was forced to purchase the question and answer because I could not get past the page. I want a refund for my $70 dollars. I did not need this service!
