Meh - I feel like I'm being cold called

Overall process wasn't too annoying with inputting things but I really feel like you all strayed away from what you were when you first started out. I used to love filing with you all and now I look for other opportunities to use someone/thing else at this point because of the constant pressure of upgrade here, add this product here, blah blah blah. You all need to stop and be more transparent about all your prices up front before someone spends however long trying to go through the filing process. I already paid and then you guys again add another prompt about some other added feature. Come the heck on already!!!

Have used it for years, and always happy with the product. Noticed however that the cost keeps creeping up. Should be a discount for multi-year users.

Very helpful product. Easy to use. I was confused when I went to look at a tax form inside TurboTax and could not find it. I later figured out that tax forms are not created until you start going through the related EasySteps. It is not easy to figure out which EasyStep value goes in which tax form.

I have used TurboTax for many years. I was a little nervous about the CD version being no longer available, but the download was seamless and easy to navigate.
