Turbo Tax is Great - Have Some Ideas To Improve

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2013 and love it! I did it by hand all years prior.
1. I have two pieces of constructive feedback. First is that somehow between the time of purchasing CDs, buying online/downloading, and doing it online, I have 2 user-id's even though the same email address. Though not intentional, not sure how it happened. It'd be nice if there was a way to merge the two.
2. I ran into a snafu this year. I was trying to just do my taxes online this year, all previous years I've either used the CD or later downloads. But, even though I use turbo tax, I couldn't seem to load up my last years taxes, so, after making some progress, I stopped that method. I ended up buying a downloadable version again, however, I had a choice to either start where I left off online, which didn't have last years taxes OR start over by pulling in last years (I like to be able to reference last year to this year and load my financial institutions automatically). It would've been great if I could've, in either place, loaded last years and then picked up where I left off online.

Another year using TurboTax

TurboTax is a user friendly application that is a breeze to use for taxes. I also like that the "Peace of Mind" is also available. I don't think I will ever need it, but it is there - just in case.

TurboTax Is Getting Better

TurboTax still confuses me a little, but either it or I am getting much better. I chose to download the TurboTax app for Windows rather than work entirely online, because I still don't trust online only not to lose some of my work, as happened a previous year. Once I was working with the downloaded app, I proceeded pretty smoothly.

Changes did not make preparation easier

I have been using TurboTax for years, and I found this year to be the least user friendly. I found it difficult to make edits of investment income and had to delete previous input and re-enter in a few cases.
