Excellent software with Turbo Tax

The software is very easy to use. In addition, to purchasing the software there seems to be a some hidden fees is given. It would be nice to know up front what additional fees are being charged. Overall, the software is really reliable.

Turbo Tax was disappointing this year

I had a value for other income that once entered I could not find to remove for the life of me. I searched and searched, including on Turbo Tax's website. This was very frustrating!

I've used TurboTax for a couple decades, and until this year it was polished and perfectly sufficient. This year it was clunky, buggy, and I had to re try multiple times before it would recognize I had a refund coming. Even then it needed to be error checked twice even after it supposedly found no errors, by the time my refund showed it now said fields I filled no longer were, and after correcting I got an even bigger refund projected. I can honestly say I can't trust this product as is currently.

I do my taxes over a period of weeks. When returning to TurboTax, the software requires me to go over all of the questions that I have already answered. It is extremely annoying.
It's hard to give all my comments AFTER I have filed. Consider allowing comments or feedback at each step of the process.
