Turbo Tax - A questionable product

This is now the second year in a row that I am unable to e-file. When selecting that method I continue to get an error message that the file did otherwise transmit. Retried a day later and again a day after that, still no success. Finally printed out the returns and mailed them. Also got charged $20 for filing of PA state return and this also got mailed due to not transmitting. Seriously considering changing to new software for taxes.

I appreciate the community and your employees who try to answer our questions as quickly and completely as possible. I also appreciate that you can get a live person when you really need one. Sometimes it's a little mysterious how to get to the phone #, but I did figure it out today when I really needed that one quick call.
