Love Turbo Tax

Really like being able to import or enter info from 1099-B forms and let turbo tax figure the rest out. Have used TurboTax Deluxe for many years.

User Friendly, No College Degree needed

I been using Turbo Tax for more than 25 years, and I'm always happy and satisfied with the easy to navigate, and all the information that when in doubt there's a clarification on every topic, don't even need to have a degree to understand taxation, all you need is to know how to read and comprehend, and you can work on your own pace, just don't wait till the deadline.

Difficult to find the download link on the website; took two calls to support. Things that were built into HR block were extra costs. Program was glitchy and harder to use than HR block. I'm heading back to block next year.

In years prior, you had to make a separate purchase for State E-File . . . then . . . a separate purchase for Audit Protection. It was so much nicer to have it all together as a single purchase.

this software has been slower and slower each year, freezing up, updates failing, i'm paying you because i don't want to deal with the nonsense at the irs, i might pay someone next year because i don't think i want to deal with the nonsense of turbotax anymore
