Confusing to start but good program to use

Online was a nightmare to get started, No, I don't want to pay for a human's help for $120. No, I don't want audit protection for another fee. I was nervous enough just doing taxes.

Absurd pricing!

The absurdity of price gouging - and then increasing prices the closer we get to the 15th of the April just because you know people are trying to wait to file - this is a horrendous hand of greed. I will no longer be participating.
Please - for the price of Turbotax - go pay for an actual CPA LOCAL in town, and not some super expensive software group like this.

Been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. Never failed me yet. Just wish that or Federal Government / IRS would get their act together and make taxes straight-forward!

Turbo Tax Minimizes Tax Filing Problems

Turbo Tax provided all of the guidelines and assistance necessary to complete our Federal and State returns with a minimum of difficulty. Error Checks found problems and provided guidance to correct them quickly.
