TurboTax is helpful, but there were a few issues.

The online turbo tax did NOT work because it could not access my previous returns (which were done with turbo tax for the last ten years). So I had to go out in search of a hard copy to enter into my computer. Also, you charged me TWICE for the Arizona tax returns. You need to send me back the $25 extra that you took. Other than that, it's pretty simple to use and easy to understand.

Confusing to start but good program to use

Online was a nightmare to get started, No, I don't want to pay for a human's help for $120. No, I don't want audit protection for another fee. I was nervous enough just doing taxes.
