I love Turbo Tax Deluxe software every year when I file, and I would give it a 5 stars every time. For this year, there were bugs I've encountered during my entry. I am shock by this. The bug got me spinning in circles for a long time and very frustrated. I went to the community board and asked about this error. Someone else experienced this exact issue a month earlier. Unfortunately, no one offered a good solution. The issue was when entering charitable donation, the app would go in a circle asking for values of the donation, but would not allow it to save and move on. The only option forward was to hit "skip". After messing with it for a long time including deleting all the organizations carried over from previous year, I still couldn't successfully enter a cash donation. I finally gave up and shut down the whole app and computer. When I returned later, the bug disappeared! Second issue I've experienced was about Schedule A Itemization or lack thereof. In the past, Turbo Tax would let me finish entering all the deductions and automatically put them into Schedule A Itemization. Well, this year with this app, it recommended me to take Standard deduction fairly. Luckily, I've found the check box later that would allow me to change this recommendation from Std Ded. Initially before finding this check box to make the change, I couldn't find the buttons to enter my mortgage interest and property tax!

It was easy and user friendly.
I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone that is hesitant on doing their on taxes
Its Safe and Secure and I have been using Turbo Tax for years
I have never felt uneasy and I love how easy it is to navigate
