I was satisfied with TurboTax. I was disappointed I was charged $25 to e-file. The version I bought said e-filing for both federal and state were included in what I paid. Sounds like a bit of bait and switch

SAME DADGUM navigation problems in Forms method. With a form open in the viewing window (not as a separate document) tabbing to the next field for entry OFTEN jumps to another form. VERY irritating and STUPID. This has been a problem for over 10 years, so I kinda' guess it will never be fixed. But that won't keep me from complaining about it!
Also, many boxes where a code gets entered, I select the code and then can't get out of the selection box. Tab doesn't work, nothing works. After multiple clicks elsewhere on the page I finally get to the numerical entry.
