2nd year pin problems

I have had problems 2 years now regarding fed e-file being rejected even though I received and entered a new 6 digit IP PIN. It still asks for a 5 digit pin from my wife and I. I have tried every combo I can think of but it says it does not match the data base. Well How do I fix?

HELP SUCKS and I was asked to pay.

Tax preparation was not difficult although each year the requests for income are somewhat different. BUT two big complaints: 1) I was repeatedly asked for a block-chain password. I have no idea what this is and wasted an our trying to either bypass the request of find the input requested AND THERE IS NO HELP ON THIS SUBJECT. 2) I purchased the delux package but was asked to pay to file. Why? The state does not charge to file.
So rather unhappy this year.
