I did not require the assistance of a TurboTax Live expert. I am a TT user since the first year it came on the market. The program is awesome and the download/online version is faster than the origonal disk/CD version due to it doesnt constantly update while in use. Great program! I only wish it would still run on my Windows 7 machine

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the end of doing taxes they want to charge $25.00 to file with the state that I live in AND $40.00 to get my refund. ALL THEY ARE DOING IS TRANSFERING DATA.
I will just file direct to Feds and State.

Pretty simple to use, but you have to concentrate.

Once you have all your documents it's just fill in the blanks, really easy. If you have any doubts you can easily compare to previous year.
