VERY BAD printing experience

VERY bad printing experience for first time ever in over 20 years, so random, its got a BIG problem and its not me or my computer or printer; I've tried printing now before and after filing over 5 times now and it cannot print a complete organized copy at all and i experienced numerous print cancellations as well, thanks so much for this really great experience, probably last time I'll use turbo-tax, better figure this out very quickly or you will be losing ALOT of customers, trust me!

Works well overall. My biggest complaint is that they try to force you to pay and efile state return. Program used to have the option to print return and mail it in with specific instructions. Unless you choose the efile option, the program did not put the direct deposit information on the Michigan tax form. Even with a reduced efile fee of $20, not really worth it when I'm only getting $45 back.

Description's aren't great and too much marketing for things that should be included for loyal customers. Can't go back to certain things easy, have to go through the whole process

Make the words or prints bigger !!!!

Some aspects are awesome while others are confusing while using Turbo Tax. But I was able to talk with advisors who helped me with issues.
The words are way TOO smail. Hard to read and on my eyes. Please make them larger.
