Turbo Tax is the basics only- not really expert

Have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years, yet the software is unable to give me carry over credits or deductions from prior years returns. It only secures the basics and does not do the best job of that in my opinion. The fact that we had to buy it on-line this year left much to be desired since the download was not clear or easy.

I have used your software in the past but this is the last year. Each year you change things and hopefully it's for the better, not this year. Straight out of the box each line should have a question mark at the end, this way you could describe what it is we are looking for. We are not accountants. If i have the paperwork and have downloaded the manual, i can't use it with your software so having the option to go to a review page just like you are filling it out for yourself would be helpful. I paid for the deluxe edition but it wasn't very deluxe. You wanted to charge me for helping me but each line should have a clue as to what it was about. If i need tax help or consulting fine but not to fill out the dang form, that should be part of the software.

This time Turbo Tax let me down.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and thus was the most painful experience ever!
I had numerous problems spending hours trying to load the software that I purchased as an email download, then could not open it after finally getting it to load onto my new Mac Air. Then the State program took almost 45 minutes to download. For some reason, it froze on the page where you enter your product key and identify which type of computer you have! Once I finally got rolling with entering my data, your program kept interrupting me with sales ads for your products. If I had not been so aggravated with the product, I may have considered purchasing one or more extras, because I really like your products and have had wonderful experiences with your representatives when I needed to speak with a live expert,

Was an ok experience, been using it for years. I wish that my MacBook Pro was friendlier to the downloading experience, as it asks for permissions and keyed in passwords in a confusing way that set me back time wise.
