Turbo tax is sooo frustrating.

This year a CD was not available, only a download. The program was flawed and would not progress from screen to screen. I would have to go to forms to enter all my information. Very frustrating and no way to fix. Normally, I would have the option to reload on my computer. Not now!

CONFUSING LABELS & INSTRUCTIONS ON FILING FEES

It was somewhat confusing having 2 products labeled Deluxe - one which excludes E-filing for state and one which apparently includes E-filing for state
