I used the deluxe with 1 state version. It was easy to install and use. I had a couple of questions that I received answers to in the help windows.

Errors problems

PA State tax portion of the system does not properly reflect correct information, and coding needs correction. It also does not allow corrections in system and has to be entered manually from the forms section.
The Federal portion does not have a place to enter estimated tax for the following year. It has to be entered manually from the forms part of the system.

Turbotax user for years.

had some issues going back and correcting 1099R income after review showed several lines that needed changed. I had to ultimately delete entire entry and reenter it from scratch. Other than that no significant issues,
