TurboTax State Return Problems

My state return did not go through for some unknown reason. I got Sheire on the phone and we connected. We went through some loops but with her expertise help we got it transmitted. She took notes so you could see what we went through. Thank you.

Italic helping points stating prior years' entries are very helpful Using "it's Deductible" for charitable contributions throughout the year speeds input tremendously. Developer suggestion: Create a tool similar to "It's Deductible" to track Medical Expenses throughout the year. It takes forever at year-end to search provider, labs, DME, pharmacy, insurance portals + calculate transportation mileage. It would be great to be able to easity import medical expenses...just like charitable contributions.

Terrible - Desktop can't e-file federal extension

For unknown reasons Turbotax Delux for Windows 2025 would not allow me to file an electronic extension. Frustratingly, the program also would not explain why it wouldn't allow me to e-file an extension. Oddly, if I had used TurboTax online it indicated I could e-file an extension with that software.

You have lost it! Ease of use, far too excessive ads /selling ad-on's, poor transfer of financial data from others on line, I could go on but feel you have lost direction.
